You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airgun or optics products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

There are areas to which Midwest Elite AirGun cannot ship airguns or other products. Certain states and municipalities have established certain limitations, and Midwest Elite AirGun reserves the right not to ship particular products to certain locations. If we determine a product is going to be leaving the country we reserve the right to cancel any orders. 

We cannot ship airguns to the following locations:

  • States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, District of Columbia
  • Cities: Boroughs of New York. 

International Shipping

***If you order is confiscated by your customs agency, Midwest Elite AirGun is not responsible for the loss, nor will we reimburse you for the cost of the impounded products or their shipping cost.***

Midwest Elite Airgun does ship accessories to a limited number of international countries (no airguns or optics). It is up to you to research and adhere to your local airgun & airgun accessory laws. The website will come up with an error if you are in a country we do not ship to. There are some countries that have specific regulations that we cannot ship certain products to. If you order a restricted product we may have to cancel your order.

We do not ship optics, night vision, etc. out of the United States. 

Pre-Ordered Items:Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as possible. If you ordered both  in-stock and marked backordered products we will typically wait to ship everything together. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Fulfillment Our goal is to fulfill your order as fast as possible. Please be patient with us! Business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Our fulfillment and shipping departments are closed Saturday & Sunday.

 FedEx Ground (US): 1–5 business-days in the contiguous 48 states; 3–7 to Alaska and Hawaii FedEx Express: 1-4 business days. Only lower 48 states. USPS Priority: 1-3 business days 

Midwest Elite Airgun Return Policy*ALL AIRGUN SALES ARE FINAL* You have 48-hours from receiving your order to report any missing items or physical damage. Please test all your products to make sure they are functioning correctly as soon as possible. We have a 15-day return policy, returns of product must be defective and the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. Airguns: We will allow a return of any defective airgun for a store credit refund up to 15-days of delivery. After the 15-day window refunds are still possible, but will require a restocking fee.  If a refund is requested with the gun being in working condition a minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed and charged.  Midwest Elite Airgun will closely inspect any defective guns that are returned. In the case of customer tampering, incorrect tuning or use we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund. 

Restocking Fee: Items that are returned for reasons outside of defectiveness will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee. This amount may be higher upon evaluation of the situation.  *PayPal has stopped refunding processing fees to customers (11/20/2019).

Airgun Warranty Policy:  Most manufacturers do have at least a 1 year warranty on their airguns.  Please remember that PCP airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts, seals, etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty, but considered routine maintenance (breech o-rings for example).  Due to the complexity of these products there are many times that incorrect use can cause issues. These type of issues can be evaluated and would not be covered under warranty (installing aftermarket power kit parts for example or incorrect tuning).  *Defectiveness includes leaking guns, physical damage, misfiring, non-functioning and abnormal performance. What is defective may be up to interpretation. Midwest Elite Airgun reserves the right to determine if a product is truly defective before issuing a refund.  Accuracy: No airgun manufacturers that we sell have accuracy guarantees.  

Optics:All optic warranty related issues will be worked with the manufacturer directly. Almost all the optics we sell have a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 15-day return policy and any refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.  

Restocking Fee: Items that are returned for reasons outside of defectiveness will be subject to at least a 25% restocking fee. 

Warranty Coverage on Midwest Elite Airgun Products

Midwest Elite Airgun warrants the covered product (Ultimate, Elite, Elite Lite, premier mags .22, .25 and .30 caliber) to be free of all defects in workmanship for 1 year from purchase date.  This warranty extends to the original buyer (only or and each successive buyer within the warranty period.)

                Within the period of this warranty, Midwest elite Airgun will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. An authorized Midwest Elite Airgun technician must perform all warranty repairs and service, or at an authorized Midwest Elite Airgun service facility.

                All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Midwest Elite Airgun except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer; Shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any cost, repairs, or services for the following:

  1. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
  3. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than Midwest Elite Airgun Authorized service technician.

Limits Of Liability

Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in preceding paragraphs. We shall not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but not limited to, the following: damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price of the covered product mentioned above.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Upon discovery of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity in the covered product, the buyer may warrant repairs at Midwest Elite Airgun:

The buyer should carefully pack the covered product, preferably in the original packing materials, and ship, together with a copy of the original purchase receipts and description of the problem, to one of the following repair and service

If the buyer sends the product by U.S mail, we recommend that the buyer insure it and send it return receipt requested.  We accept no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

 

 • We will prosecute fraudulent orders.

•Because of the nature of the products that Midwest Elite Airgun supplies, we must perform an extensive validation of orders. This may include verification of shipping and billing information, phone calls to customers, verification of valid e-mail, cardholder information and cardholder authorization.

• Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

• Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However, we do our best to provide our customers with up-to-date and error free product information. In the event that there is a pricing glitch or mistake, Midwest Elite Airgun is not obligated to honor pricing mistakes. If you place an order and it is found to contain a pricing error we will contact you by email or phone to inform you that your order can’t be fulfilled. Your credit card will not be charged.

• We reserve the right to speak to only the card holder. If a fraudulent order is suspected we will wish to speak with the card holder and a phone number must be given to us. The cardholder can not call us.

• Order tracking and shipping information is available after an order that has been confirmed, billed to the customer and shipped.
